Jain University is set up as an Online University to impart informal and formal education at all levels to all Jain and non-Jain people, with the following Global objectives: To impart knowledge of Lord (Bhagwan) Mahavir's useful, awakening and humane Global direction, speeches (updesh), thoughts, pratices (aachar), principles and commandments in simple languages - English, Gujarati and Hindi - through use of modern communication media - Internet (websites, e-Books), compact discs, video and audio cassettes, pictorial arts, printed materials, lecture series and so on.
